It rather seems to enjoy filming Gorthan frequently. As for the device, it's a prototype for the psychic amplifiers I've been working on. The device, as you'll soon see, focuses and amplifies psychic power. The devices Gorthan is wearing are a transmitter and a receiver, respectively, that will project energy to the device and then receive the boosted power.
